Racing Background

Started racing supermoto back in 2003 with my dad and brother. In 2007, we heard about the Red Bull Rookies Cup team and I went to go tryout but unfortunately didn’t make it. So in 2008, my dad bought an RS125 so I could focus on road racing to get ready for the following year tryouts. Since 2008, my dad and I have spent countless hours on the road competing at different venues across the Nation. I have worked my way up through CCS, WERA, and USGPRU to finally make it where I am today.

What motivated you to get started racing
My dad and brother. They started racing back in 2003 and it looked like a lot of fun which got me interested to start racing. I started racing half-way through the year in 2003 and it has been on my 24/7 since then.

What is one of your best racing memories?
At my home track, Road America, I took 3rd place in 2005 during the Honda Red Riders Challenge. It was a Supermoto event. Coming less than .07 of a second from winning the Daytona race in 2014 in the Vance and Hines Harley Davidson race.

Who are your Role Models
Marc Marquez / My Dad

What is your pre-race OCD behavior?
An hour before I go onto the track I like to keep to myself and have a little alone time. I stretch, listen to music, and look at track maps to remind myself what I should be doing in each corner.

What’s your typical pre-race meal?
Pasta
